If for any reason you do not receive your package, we will cover the cost of reshipment at no extra charge.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
You are responsible for any customs duties or import fees imposed by your local authorities.
To help minimize customs delays, we label all parcels with custom-friendly descriptions and appropriate declared values.
All products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong distribution center.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s website.
In certain countries, customs clearance may take additional time beyond our control.
